Website Accessibility Statement.

The website is managed by Begmen Sp. z o.o. based in Skawina.

Bergmen Sp. z o.o. undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with the accessibility requirements of certain products and services, implementing the European Accessibility Act (EAA), i.e. EU directive 2019/882.

The accessibility statement was developed on the basis of a self-assessment conducted by employees of Bergmen Sp. z o.o. using online tools to assess the accessibility of websites.

Date of last update of the website: June 30, 2025.

The website has been designed to be as compliant as possible with the latest technical standards for creating websites and mobile applications.

Currently, you can:

  • use the elements of the website on a computer, tablet or phone - thanks to the automatic responsiveness mechanism used;
  • enlarge the view of the website above 100%;
  • use some elements of the website using only the keyboard.

Any difficulties in digital accessibility are removed on an ongoing basis, elements of the website are constantly modified and adapted to the requirements contained in legal acts.
In particular, this applies to the following elements:

  • work is being carried out gradually to modify the color palette in order to improve the contrast between the display of graphic elements and the content of the site;
  • all graphics are supplemented with alternative text content;
  • documents for download placed on the site are subjected to the optical text recognition (OCR) process;
  • films placed on the site are supplemented with subtitles and audio description.
